Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, Project Engineer, or related construction leadership role. Experience with ground-up student housing, multifamily, mixed-use, higher education, commercial, or other complex commercial projects. Knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management. Understanding of Type I, III, and V construction methods preferred. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong communication and leadership skills. Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
