We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to join our Wilmington team. In this role, you'll lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams. You'll be responsible for driving project success by managing budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and client relationships while partnering closely with field leadership throughout the life of the project. What You'll Do Partner closely with the Project Superintendent to ensure daily operations meet schedule and quality requirements.

Manage scopes of work, including subcontractor prequalification, bid solicitation, scope review, and subcontract execution.

Oversee RFIs, submittals, contract documents, and project communication.

Manage the change order process with owners and subcontractors.

Own project budgets, forecasting, pay applications, and financial reporting.

Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules to drive on-time completion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Oversee punch list completion and project closeout requirements. What We're Looking For 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience with a general contractor .Proven experience managing commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout .Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.

Demonstrated ability to balance client satisfaction, quality, safety, schedule, and profitability.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
