Job Summary:
Project Managers lead construction projects from conception through completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership, constant communication, and problem-solving abilities, along with a deep understanding of construction processes and project management principles while maintaining a proactive attitude.
Skill Desired:
2-3 years of experience in a construction or project management support role. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent. Proficient with badging operations. Proficient in construction software and Microsoft (e.g., Procore, BIM360, Excel/Word). Proficient with billing processes and software (e.g., Textura, TeamPlayer). A degree or certification in construction, construction management, or a related field. (Preferred) Strong knowledge of safety regulations, and industry best practices.
