Project Coordinator (Contract) - Spring Hill, FL We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team on an active job site in Spring Hill, Florida . This is a 12-15 month contract opportunity ideal for an entry-level professional eager to gain hands-on experience in project coordination within a fast-paced environment. ????

Schedule:

40 hours/week (5x8s) + occasional overtime ???? What You'll Do Manage and track submittals, RFIs, and document distribution Maintain accurate and organized project files and documentation Assist with purchase order (PO) generation and tracking Track labor hours and wage data using Excel Support pay application submissions (preferred) Provide administrative and coordination support to the project team Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders ? What We're Looking For Entry-level candidates encouraged; prior coordination or admin experience is a plus Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ????
