  • Full-time Key Responsibilities Support project planning, design coordination, constructability reviews, and the resolution of design conflicts.
Represent the company during client, architect/engineer, and project management meetings. Coordinate with field operations, engineering, subcontractors, and project teams to maintain quality, productivity, and project schedules. Review work orders, monitor project progress, and resolve scheduling or contract-related issues with subcontractors. Assist with material procurement, document control, scheduling, cost tracking, subcontractor management, and project risk documentation. Interpret construction drawings and specifications, prepare RFIs, and maintain RFI, equipment, transmittal, and submittal logs. Coordinate site visits, vendor qualification visits, and project documentation. Prepare change orders, monitor project budgets, establish equipment burn rates, track labor and equipment costs, and process invoices. Maintain requisition logs, meeting minutes, project schedules, and billing documentation. Analyze budget-to-cost variances and support project financial reporting. Verify completed work complies with project drawings, specifications, safety standards, and applicable codes. Prepare project reports, punch lists, sketches, material calculations, lift plans, and other construction documentation. Maintain accurate project records and document control in accordance with company standards. Perform additional project coordination and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience supporting commercial or industrial construction projects. Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Experience with project scheduling, cost tracking, document control, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and budgeting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders. Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
