Mizner Development has an active pipeline spanning commercial acquisitions, flex industrial, and residential development — and this role is the central point of contact in our office for everything that moves between us, our subcontractors, and our clients. This is a pivotal role coordinating multifaceted construction initiatives: ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders, owning the bid and change order workflow from both directions, and delivering high-quality results on schedule. You'll work directly with ownership and project leads, see how deals come together end-to-end, and have a clear path to grow into project management or development as you learn the business. Duties Serve as the primary office point of contact for subcontractors, vendors, and clients across all active projects.
