Communicate with project contacts to share updates and clarify next steps. Review project documents and organize information needed for daily construction activities. Monitor project milestones and raise schedule concerns for timely resolution. Coordinate meetings, document action items, and follow through on agreed tasks. Help maintain clear records for construction projects from planning through completion. Experience tracking project schedules, milestones, and action items. Ability to communicate clearly with project contacts and follow up on open tasks. Ability to organize project information and maintain accurate records. Understanding of construction project workflows from planning through completion.
