941-727-5800 Job Summary Angelina Granite & Marble is looking for an organized, detail-oriented person to join our office team as a Scheduling & Material Order Coordinator . This role helps keep countertop projects moving by managing scheduling, material orders, delivery tracking, storage locations, and job updates in our CRM. This person will work with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and our internal team to make sure jobs are accurate, organized, and ready before fabrication and installation. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities Schedule templates, deliveries, subcontractor visits, and project appointments Confirm job details before scheduling, including customer info, material, measurements, sink/appliance details, and special notes Order slabs and materials once selections are confirmed Track material pricing, slab size, delivery dates, and vendor order details Update the material order spreadsheet with order status, delivery dates, pricing, slab size, and storage location/yard section Confirm when materials arrive and record where they are stored Keep the CRM/job tracking system updated with accurate notes, schedule changes, material details, and job status Communicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, fabrication, and install teams Follow up on missing information needed before jobs can move forward Help prevent delays by making sure materials and job details are correct before fabrication Provide backup support for phones, customer follow-up, lead intake, and install coordination when needed Qualifications Strong organization and follow-up skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail Comfortable working with schedules, spreadsheets, measurements, pricing, and job details Basic computer skills, including email, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and data entry Experience with CRM systems, scheduling, office administration, customer service, construction, remodeling, or countertop work is preferred Willing to learn company systems and use technology/AI tools to improve daily efficiency Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, professional, and able to manage multiple moving pieces in a busy office environment. The ideal candidate is good with follow-up, comfortable communicating with different people, and able to catch missing details before they become problems.
