Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate construction schedules and ensure timely delivery by managing project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Oversee the development and review of construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. Manage project budgets by tracking costs, controlling expenses, and implementing cost management strategies to maximize efficiency. Supervise construction teams on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and quality standards while fostering a productive team environment. Collaborate with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and resolve issues promptly. Ensure compliance with all construction regulations and permits while maintaining thorough documentation of contracts, change orders, and project records. Monitor project progress through regular site visits, progress reports, and schedule updates to keep stakeholders informed. Read and interpret construction plans and schematics accurately to guide project execution effectively. Manage contract negotiations and enforce contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of construction management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office suite. Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and project coordination practices. Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role while maintaining high safety standards. Strong background in cost management, budget control, and project scheduling within the construction industry. Hands-on experience with construction site operations including blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and site safety compliance. Familiarity with construction regulations governing permits, environmental standards, and safety protocols. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments. Construction site experience is essential; prior work on complex infrastructure or commercial projects is highly preferred. Effective communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
