$100,000 - $130,000 per year (Based on experience) plus Performance Bonus.

Location:

Florida and Southeast Region (Travel Required).

Job/Employment Type:

The Opportunity:

You will serve as a high-impact leader managing the design and execution of premier self-storage facilities across the Southeast. This role empowers you to oversee multi-million dollar projects from inception to completion while managing diverse field teams. Impact:

Direct day-to-day operations for multiple commercial projects to ensure strict adherence to timelines and safety standards. Supervise and mentor field Superintendents to guarantee high-quality installations and compliance with company protocols. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and building owners to define complex project scopes and build-out requirements. Develop and manage comprehensive construction schedules using Microsoft Project to maintain project transparency. Manage project budgets, estimates, and change orders to ensure financial objectives and cost-control measures are met. Facilitate project closeout procedures, including punch lists and client walkthroughs, to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects. Proven ability to lead field Superintendents and manage multi-site project teams. Strong proficiency in reading construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word for project documentation. Willingness to travel to various job sites throughout the East Coast as required.
