We're a locally owned and operated window and doors company that provides a high level service to our customers throughout every job. Our customers' satisfaction means everything to us! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies and tools, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, administrative, and homeowners. Responsibilities Lead appointments with Homeowners to define project scope and work orders. Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resources. Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Perform initial Inspection, identify all issues suggest and implement solutions. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Facilitate meetings with team members and management to provide updates and gather feedback. Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance team collaboration and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a collaborative team environment through effective team management practices. Project Management Reporting Skills Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement. Experience with Agile project management frameworks. Excellent team management skills to lead diverse teams towards common goals. Ability to implement change management processes effectively within projects. Knowledge of principles relevant to project requirements. Great interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.. Critical thinker and problem-solving. Good time-management skills.
