Residential Remodeling Project Manager Luxury Remodel Cocoa, FL Job Details Full-time From $850 a week 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Driver's License Full Job Description Job Summary Luxury Remodel is looking for an experienced and dependable Residential Remodeling Project Manager to oversee multiple residential renovation projects from start to completion. We specialize in bathroom renovations, kitchen remodels, flooring, cabinets, countertops, and other interior remodeling projects. We are looking for someone who understands residential construction, can manage subcontractors effectively, communicates well with homeowners, and takes ownership of keeping projects moving. Responsibilities Manage multiple residential remodeling projects simultaneously Coordinate subcontractors, installers, material deliveries, and project schedules Visit active job sites regularly to monitor progress and workmanship Communicate with customers throughout the project and provide updates Verify that work is being completed according to the approved scope Identify problems early and coordinate solutions before they cause delays Perform quality control inspections throughout each project Coordinate material pickups and deliveries when necessary Maintain organized project notes, photos, schedules, and documentation Manage change orders and communicate additional work to the office Conduct project walkthroughs and create punch lists Follow up with subcontractors to ensure punch list items are completed Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within the established scope Maintain a professional and clean job site experience for our customers Qualifications Residential construction or remodeling experience required Previous project management, superintendent, or construction management experience preferred Strong knowledge of bathroom and kitchen remodeling Ability to understand construction sequencing and identify workmanship issues Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time Comfortable working with subcontractors and holding crews accountable Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Comfortable using a smartphone and project management software Must be dependable, organized, proactive, and solution oriented Compensation Starting salary: $1,000 per week plus performance incentives and commissions Additional earning opportunities may include bonuses for project performance, customer reviews, upsells, and other company incentive programs.
