$50,000-$70,000 per year Job Summary One Stop Construction is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate schedules, documents, materials, subcontractors, and project communication while helping ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities Coordinate daily project activities and administrative tasks Assist project managers with schedules, deadlines, and project documentation Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, crews, and suppliers Track project progress, materials, deliveries, and outstanding items Prepare and maintain project reports, records, and documentation Review project plans, specifications, and related documents Schedule meetings, inspections, deliveries, and site activities Communicate project updates with internal teams and contractors Help identify project delays, issues, and scheduling conflicts Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and material tracking Maintain organized project files and records Support project managers with budgeting and cost tracking Follow company procedures and job-site safety requirements Qualifications Previous construction, project coordination, or administrative experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong attention to detail Basic knowledge of construction processes is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software Strong problem-solving and coordination skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Ability to work effectively with contractors and project teams Benefits Competitive annual salary Full-time employment Health and wellness benefits Paid time off Professional development opportunities Training and career advancement opportunities Application Apply through Indeed with your current resume and relevant construction, project coordination, or administrative experience.
