Utilize internal software to manage project data, inventory control, demand planning, and production schedules. Support supply chain operations by overseeing inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning processes. Assist in implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce waste. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards; prepare reports for stakeholders on project status. Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, changes, and compliance requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing process performance and recommending enhancements. Some travel is required. Qualifications Proven experience in project coordination within manufacturing or industrial machinery sectors. Strong knowledge of supply chain management concepts including inventory control, demand planning. Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish; written and verbal proficiency required. Ability to interpret technical documents and technical specifications related to industrial machinery projects. Proficiency in using project management tools and software for scheduling and reporting. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail; capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
