Cabinet Shop Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish) High-End Custom Projects

About Us WallPanels.com with Verone Home is a fast-growing company specializing in high-end custom cabinetry, wall panels, and full interior solutions. We work with premium clients and focus on design, quality, and speed. Our production is fully in-house and expanding rapidly. We are looking for a strong Cabinet Shop Manager who can take ownership of our production, lead the team, and help us scale. Compensation $2,000

• $4,000 per week ($104,000
• $208,000/year) Performance-based growth opportunities Potential to grow into a long-term operator / partner role Who This Role Is For This is NOT just a manager role.

We are looking for someone who: Can step in and take control of production immediately Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Wants to grow with the company, not just collect a paycheck Can build systems, lead people, and improve operations Responsibilities Manage and lead a cabinet production team (~10 people) Set up and improve production systems and workflows Oversee quality control and ensure high-end finishes Coordinate with design, sales, and installation teams Manage deadlines and production schedules Hire, train, and develop production staff Help scale production capacity as the company grows Get existing equipment (including CNC) fully operational ✅Requirements Experience in cabinet manufacturing / millwork / woodworking Strong leadership and team management experience Ability to read and understand shop drawings Experience working with materials (MDF, laminate, wood, etc.) Basic understanding of CNC machinery (hands-on or management level)

Bilingual:
