Duties Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public spaces to ensure they meet quality standards and cleanliness benchmarks Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate departments Clean and sanitize rooms according to established protocols, including bed linens, bathrooms, floors, and furniture Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall floor appearance Assist with janitorial duties like trash removal, replenishing supplies, and deep cleaning tasks as needed Document inspection results and communicate any discrepancies or deficiencies clearly to management Support housekeeping management by adhering to schedules and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all tasks Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hotel or hospitality setting Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and cleaning equipment operation Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance in guest room presentation Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures effectively Good communication skills for reporting issues accurately and collaborating with team members Experience with industrial cleaning tools and supplies is a plus Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and hotel operations enhances your effectiveness in this role Join us in creating memorable guest experiences through impeccable cleanliness!
