Davie, FL office; biweekly local site visitsHours:
~45 hrs/week; occasional after hours work may be required Role Summary Owns execution of Joe Cole Plumbing's key commercial and residential plumbing projects — serving as PM directly on priority projects while overseeing other PMs on the rest. Accountable for project profitability, customer communication, and keeping the field set up to execute. Key Responsibilities Primary contact between customers and the JCP team Own project kickoff and project checklists on every project Oversee other PMs; review their work and escalate as needed Maintain project budgets in ServiceTitan and deliver profitability reporting Prepare monthly pay apps; ensure change orders are approved and billed Prepare change orders and RFIs Coordinate with Estimating on major plan revisions Communicate approved changes and plan revisions to the field Coordinate daily scheduling with customers, employees, and subs Maintain organized job files in the shared drive Conduct biweekly site visits Qualifications 7+ years of relevant experience required Plumbing experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred ServiceTitan experience nice to have Valid FL driver's licenseJob Type:
