Job Description

• Manage multifamily renovation and ground-up construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, ownership groups, and local authorities throughout project delivery.
• Review plans, budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation.
• Lead project meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while traveling to project sites as required.

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a contractor or owner/developer.
• Experience with multifamily renovations, including lobbies, amenities, and exterior improvements.
• Strong understanding of commercial or multifamily ground-up construction.
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Excel, and Word.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
