As South Florida's premier generator and electrical service provider, we're looking for a detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to help us streamline operations and ensure every project starts without delay.

What You'll Do:

Manage the permitting process for residential and commercial generator and electrical installations Prepare and submit permit applications to local municipalities, tracking approvals and inspections through completion Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jurisdictional requirements and code changes Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and building departments to resolve permit-related issues Log and organize all permit documentation and inspection outcomes in our project management system Support the operations team by ensuring timelines are met and compliance is maintained

What We're Looking For:

Experience with permitting in the construction, electrical, or generator industry (preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines Familiarity with South Florida municipal permitting systems is a plus
