Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Civil Site Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and completion of site development and civil construction projects. This role acts as a liaison between project managers, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Manager with scheduling, budgeting, and overall project coordination Track project progress, quantities, and production rates (earthwork, utilities, grading, etc.) Coordinate daily activities between field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports Monitor job costs, fuel usage, equipment hours, and material quantities Support procurement by ordering materials, scheduling deliveries, and verifying quantities Review plans, specifications, and takeoffs using software such as Bluebeam or Agtek Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental requirements Assist with project billing, pay applications, and cost tracking reports Attend project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders Maintain organized project files and logs for audits and reporting Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction, site development, or heavy equipment operations Understanding of earthwork, utilities, grading, and site logistics Experience with construction software (Bluebeam, Agtek, Excel, Microsoft Project or similar) Ability to read and interpret civil plans, profiles, and specifications Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tracking quantities, costs, and productivity) Excellent communication skills with field crews and management Knowledge of equipment operations, production rates, and fuel tracking is preferred Physical & Work Environment:
Combination of majority office and some field work if required Occasional site visits with exposure to outdoor conditions May require walking active construction sites and working around heavy equipment Pay:
