• Part-time, Contract Overview Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager Assistant and play a vital role in supporting the successful execution in a variety of educational-based projects.

Responsibilities Assist in planning and tracking projects, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate communication between instructors, administrative staff, and leadership Maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress reports Support onboarding and rollout of new classes, programs, and learning formats Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure tasks are completed on time Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document notes/action items Assist with process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency Help manage vendor relationships and resource coordination (materials, technology, space) Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager or Director Requirements Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-moving environment. Ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams including contractors, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
