Opportunity to join a growing GC in South Florida Oversee construction of multiple different sectors About Our Client A company in the property industry located in Coral Springs. Job Description Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all times. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Oversee procurement of materials and manage project resources efficiently. Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as required. Maintain clear communication with all team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Extensive knowledge of construction processes and the property industry. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively. Experience with contractor and vendor coordination. Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Problem-solving abilities to address challenges during project execution.
