• Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, buyout, and subcontractors
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
• Coordinate closely with field leadership and ownership

• Ground-up luxury multifamily or mixed-use experience
• Strong construction management and documentation skills
• Degree in construction, engineering, or architecture preferred
• Able to independently make and own project decisions
