• Galloway Roofing Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Production Manager to oversee our Service Repair Division, Home Accessories Division, and Quality Control operations in the field.

This position is ideal for someone with hands-on roofing experience who understands repair diagnostics, production coordination, and field operations. The ideal candidate must be dependable, detail-oriented, professional with customers and crews, and comfortable using technology and construction management software. This individual will report directly to the Director of Operations to ensure projects run efficiently, maintain quality workmanship, and support overall operations. Responsibilities

• Service & Repair Operations
• Manage daily service schedules and dispatch crews
• Monitor job progress and ensure completion timelines are met
• Ensure proper documentation (photos, notes, job updates)
• Assist with customer communication and scheduling
• Perform roof inspections/job scopes and diagnose repair when needed
• Roofing Knowledge & Diagnostics
• Experience with shingle, tile, metal, TPO, and flat roofing systems
• Ability to pinpoint leaks and identify deficiencies
• Understand flashing, penetrations, drainage, and underlayment systems
• Home Accessories Division Oversight
• Manage gutter installation and repair scheduling
• Ensure proper installation quality and standards
• Manage Windows and Doors installation and repair oversight (future vertical)
• Field Quality Control
• Conduct site inspections and verify workmanship
• Identify issues and ensure corrections are completed
• Administrative Support
• Work within AccuLynx CRM
• Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook for tracking and communication
• Assist Director of Operations with daily tasks Qualifications
• Roofing and construction management experience required
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, CRM)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license

Pay:

$70,000.00

• $90,000.
