Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 12+ years of proven expertise in leading complex, cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end project execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence across multiple domains. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project lifecycle : initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Manage large-scale, complex programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets Ensure on-time, within-budget, high-quality delivery Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively Drive Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies based on project needs Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, business, operations) Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations Track KPIs and provide regular status reports to leadership Lead resource planning, allocation, and utilization Ensure compliance with governance, processes, and quality standards Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members Required Skills & Experience 12+ years of experience in project/program management Strong experience in Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale projects Expertise in project planning tools (JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, etc.) Strong understanding of risk management and change management Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience managing distributed/global teams Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications

PMP / PRINCE2

/ Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) Experience in domains like IT, BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, or Product Development Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
