We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior In-Field Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on construction experience who can both lead projects and actively participate in technical field work. This is not a desk-only management role. This is a true working field leadership position. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in: Plumbing systems Electrical systems Structural and framing work Waterproofing systems Tile installation methods Shower system construction Finish work and layout execution The candidate will be expected to actively perform and oversee portions of plumbing, electrical, framing, waterproofing, and technical installation work while simultaneously managing crews, schedules, quality control, subcontractors, inspections, and project execution.
