This position is for a highly experienced In-Field Project Manager capable of managing technical residential construction projects from demolition through final completion while maintaining production schedules, quality control, jobsite organization, and client communication at a high level. If you understand construction beyond surface-level remodeling and can confidently oversee electrical, plumbing, framing, structural modifications, waterproofing systems, tile installation, inspections, and subcontractor coordination, this position may be for you. Position Overview The Senior In-Field Project Manager will oversee active construction projects, manage crews and subcontractors, maintain timelines, enforce quality standards, communicate with leadership, and ensure all work is completed to WeDoBathroomsLLC standards. This role requires someone who understands both the technical and leadership side of construction. You must be able to identify issues before they become problems and maintain control over multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:
