Full-Time, Direct Hire About the Role We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Operations Manager / Project Manager to lead structured cabling and low-voltage construction projects throughout Florida. This leadership role oversees project execution, staffing, scheduling, profitability, and client relationships across commercial, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and office environments. Technologies Supported Structured Cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A) Fiber Optic Cabling IDF/MDF Buildouts Access Control CCTV and Security Systems Telecom Rooms and Backbone Infrastructure Responsibilities Manage multiple low-voltage construction projects across Florida Lead project planning, scheduling, staffing, and execution Oversee field teams, foremen, and subcontractors Track budgets, labor, materials, and project profitability Review drawings, takeoffs, BOMs, and submittals Coordinate procurement and long-lead materials Manage change orders and project documentation Build strong relationships with clients, GCs, and vendors Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Requirements 6+ years of low-voltage construction project management or operations experience Strong knowledge of structured cabling and fiber optic systems Experience with ground-up construction and major renovations Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Proven leadership of technicians and subcontractors Experience with budgeting, job costing, and margin tracking Proficiency in Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar tools Ability to travel throughout Florida Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Preferred Experience Data centers Healthcare Multifamily Hospitality Large commercial construction Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $80,000-$115,000+ DOE Full benefits package Career growth opportunities Direct hire opportunity with established company Apply Today If you have strong low-voltage construction and leadership experience and are ready to oversee major projects across Florida, we encourage you to apply.
