This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse projects, including new constructions, renovations, and interior design initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with exceptional leadership skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, liaise with clients, and drive project success. This position is integral to shaping innovative architectural solutions while fostering strong client relationships and business growth. Duties Lead the full lifecycle of architectural projects, from initial design concepts to construction administration, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements. Develop comprehensive project schedules using advanced project management tools to track milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation. Prepare detailed construction documents utilizing AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, Rhino 3D (Rhinoceros 3D), Grasshopper 3D, and SketchUp for accurate drafting and visualization. Coordinate with contractors and consultants through effective negotiation of contracts, scope of work, and budgets to optimize project outcomes. Oversee construction estimating and budgeting processes to ensure projects remain financially viable while maintaining quality standards. Utilize Bluebeam for efficient document review, markup, and collaboration during the construction phase. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Request for Information), submittals, and progress reports. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, quality control, and adherence to design specifications; address issues proactively. Engage in business development activities by preparing proposals, presentations, and fostering client relationships to secure new projects. Use NavisWorks for clash detection and coordination among different building systems during design development. Apply Adobe Creative Suite tools for presentation boards and marketing materials that showcase project concepts effectively. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Architect or Project Manager within architectural or construction firms with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in project scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6; familiarity with budget management tools is a plus. Expertise in drafting software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD; experience with Rhino 3D (Rhinoceros 3D), Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of construction processes, estimating techniques, contracts management, and renovation projects. Skilled in negotiation with clients, contractors, and vendors to achieve favorable terms while maintaining professional relationships. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu for document review; NavisWorks for coordination; Adobe Creative Suite for presentations; Sketch for conceptual design workflows. Knowledge of interior design principles is advantageous; experience in construction management enhances project delivery capabilities.
