Project Manager - Hybrid Opportunity Leading software company is seeking a skilled Project Manager IV in Weston, FL, to join a dynamic team focused on delivering innovative technology solutions. Shift of the
Project Manager:
7-4 PM EST (Hybrid - Tue, Wed, Thu in Office) Pay Rate of the
Project Manager:
$60 to $63 per hour Responsibilities of the
Project Manager:
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams through excellent communication and negotiation skills, effectively collaborating with executives and stakeholders to drive consensus and alignment on objectives, scope, and deliverables. Provide strategic guidance and insight to support decision-making through data-driven analysis and knowledge of industry trends. Drive project management excellence by leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, championing best practices in project management. Exhibit exceptional organizational skills by effectively balancing multiple priorities and managing risks and issues. Qualifications of the
Project Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or 5+ years' experience in
IT. 8-11
years' experience as a Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software projects. Strong understanding of Agile practices, including SAFe, Scrum, and DevOps. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
