Job Description We are seeking an experienced APM/PM/Super to join the construction department within the property industry. This position in offers an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee projects while contributing to the success of a growing team. Client Details A well-established, employee-focused general contractor specializing in high-end residential and commercial construction projects. The firm is known for delivering complex builds with a strong emphasis on quality, craftsmanship, and client collaboration. With a growing portfolio and pipeline, they offer a dynamic, team-oriented environment where professionals are given ownership of their projects and opportunities to grow within the organization. Description Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and team members. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders. Address and resolve any project-related issues that may arise. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Support the team in creating and implementing innovative construction solutions. Profile A successful Project Manager should have: Proven experience in managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software. A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Job Offer Competitive salary range of $75,000 to $120,000 per year.
