Full Job Description Job Description :
We are seeking a results-driven, experienced Sales Representative with project management skills to grow our scaffolding business within the construction, remodeling, oil and marine sectors. This flexible role allows for both remote and on-site work, making it ideal for someone with industry experience and a broad network across the U.S.
Responsibilities :
Identify and acquire new clients in the construction, remodeling, and industrial sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. Prepare quotes. Professionally present scaffolding services to align with client needs. Negotiate business agreements to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure project logistics are seamless and efficient.
Requirements :
Proven sales experience (ideally in the construction, oil or scaffolding sector). Strong ability to work independently and meet performance targets. Fluent in both Spanish and English (required). Own vehicle and willingness to travel as needed.

We operate a dedicated fleet, allowing us to manage projects of various scales and locations. Depending on project scope, our team can work anywhere across the United States.
Compensation :
