None Required. The Opportunity You will serve as a central hub for project success, bridging the gap between field operations and financial accuracy. This role empowers you to master complex construction billing and ERP management while supporting the delivery of critical utility infrastructure. How You Will Make an Impact Coordinate and support multiple underground utility projects from initial mobilization through final completion. Execute precise construction billing, including job costing, invoicing, and the tracking of all project-related expenses. Maintain accurate and transparent project records, schedules, and documentation to ensure seamless communication. Manage project data, budgets, and timelines utilizing Contractor Foreman ERP software to maintain operational efficiency. Prepare and process vital financial documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and project change orders. Reconcile project costs and billing using QuickBooks to ensure financial integrity and project profitability. Communicate effectively with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies and meet deadlines. Required Qualifications & Experience Demonstrated experience with construction-specific billing and detailed job costing processes. Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Hands-on experience using ERP systems, with a strong preference for those familiar with Contractor Foreman. Proven ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced construction environment with high attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Previous experience specifically within the underground utility or general contracting industry. Educational background with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Accounting, or Business. Familiarity with specialized project scheduling and professional reporting tools.
