Federal Work Study Job Description:
The Department of Health Services Research, Management and Policy within the College of Public Health and Health Professions is seeking a Federal Work Study (FWS) Student Assistant to join Dr. Strekalova's team beginning Fall 2026. This position will provide administrative and operational support for research activities, including assisting with lab support, maintaining records and databases, and supporting project coordinators with various tasks as needed.
Expected Salary:
$14.00 per hour
Required Qualifications:
Federal Work Study (FWS) work permit. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience maintaining databases or electronic record systems. Experience working collaboratively as part of a team. Special Instructions to
