In this role, you will coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality outdoor environments. Your leadership will drive project efficiency, uphold safety standards, and foster client satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape beautiful, sustainable landscapes while working with a passionate team dedicated to excellence. Duties Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to develop project scopes and schedules Oversee landscape maintenance activities Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards across all project sites Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor progress, quality control, and troubleshoot issues promptly Manage procurement of materials such as plants, soil, and supplies while maintaining cost efficiency Skills Knowledge of landscape maintenance, landscaping techniques, horticulture practices, and lawn care Proven supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and accountability Familiarity with gardening principles and general site upkeep strategies Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members effectively Knowledge of safety standards related to construction and landscape operations Join our team as a Landscape Projects Manager!
