Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-scale IT infrastructure initiatives across cloud, data center, network, and end-user computing environments. This role will manage complex technology programs including cloud migrations, data center refreshes, network upgrades, security initiatives, and M365/identity modernization while coordinating cross-functional engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in ensuring high-availability, secure, and scalable technology platforms that support business operations. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects including:

Cloud and data center migrationsNetwork, WAN, and SD-WAN deploymentsServer, storage, and virtualization upgradesMicrosoft 365, Exchange, and identity modernizationDisaster recovery and business continuity programsDevelop and manage:

Project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocationsCutover, go-live, rollback, and risk mitigation plansDependency tracking across applications, networks, and security teamsCoordinate cross-functional technical teams including:

Network engineersSystems and cloud engineersSecurity and compliance teamsApplication owners and business unitsManage third-party vendors and MSPs including cloud providers, systems integrators, ISPs, and hardware vendorsEnsure projects align with security, compliance, and governance standards including SOC, DR, change management, and audit requirementsProvide regular executive-level status reporting, risk tracking, and milestone updatesDrive continuous improvement in project delivery, documentation, and operational readiness
