Job description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage commercial low-voltage projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities:

Manage low-voltage projects from start to closeout. Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, vendors, general contractors and customers. Attend meetings with GC's and different trades coordinators. Review project drawings, specifications, scope, and schedules. Manage project budgets, labor, materials, and deadlines. Attend job-site and construction coordination meetings. Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Monitor installation quality and project progress. Coordinate testing, commissioning, punch lists, and project closeout. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

3+ years of project management experience in the low-voltage industry preferred. Experience with structured cabling, access control, CCTV/security, AV, networking, or similar systems. Ability to read construction drawings and specifications. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with general contractors, field crews, and subcontractors. Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software is a plus. We are looking for a hands-on, organized Project Manager who can manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.

From $85,000.00 per year
