Concrete / Masonry / Coatings Job Overview Epoxy Coating Specialists is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee a multi-year, high-visibility flooring project in Jacksonville, FL. This role demands a self-sufficient, experienced leader capable of managing every aspect of project delivery—from scope and schedule oversight to cost control and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous role and contribute immediately to the success of this NFL stadium project over a 3-year period. Key Responsibilities Partner with sales/estimating to build accurate budgets and installation plans. Attend pre-bid site visits, scope reviews, and kickoff meetings. Confirm client specifications and document project scope. Develop comprehensive work plans, schedules, and equipment needs. Coordinate material logistics, subcontractors, and site operations. Lead weekly progress meetings and ensure clear internal/external communication. Track and manage project costs, schedules, and change orders. Oversee punch lists, warranty documentation, and project closeout. Serve as the client's primary point of contact—resolving challenges proactively. Align jobsite crews with client expectations and company standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects independently. Proven track record with scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor oversight. Skilled in project management software, ERP systems, and scheduling tools. OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification required. Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills. Valid driver's license with ability to travel and stay overnight as needed.
