Location:

Juno Beach, Florida (Onsite) Role OverviewWe are seeking a Project Management Consultant to assist in the overall management of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals. This position supports construction work performed by contractors and vendors at project sites. This is an office-based role in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, that incorporates travel up to 25% on an as-needed basis. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in scope control, budget oversight, and resolution of technical issues.



Manage project-related paperwork, ensuring all materials are current, properly filed, and stored.



Build and maintain project schedules in Smartsheet.



Engage with outside vendors to determine material availability and execution schedules.



Supervise current projects and coordinate team members to keep workflow on track.



Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements.



Identify potential risks and technical challenges, and develop solutions.



Direct project correspondence by preparing and reviewing proposals, memos, and emails.



Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.



Analyze key performance metrics, financial data, and operational trends to support strategic decision-making.

Required QualificationsEducation:

An Associate's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Land Surveying, or a related field is required.

Experience:

0 - 5 years of experience managing project execution, including vendor and contractor coordination.

Skills:

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.



Good communication and interpersonal skills.



Documentation management and ability to use project management tools.



Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Preferred QualificationsA technical background with an understanding of mechanical/electrical aspects or field construction techniques is preferred.



PMP certification is preferred.



Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.



Knowledge of SAP or Maximo.



Experience with budget and cost-tracking.
