Job Description

Mission Statement:
Our mission is the development and manufacturing of products that improve the lives of animals, while ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of the products to the highest industry standards.
SUMMARY:
Responsible for supporting customer relationships while driving execution of commercial programs, including Vetio's PetBrandLab program and new product development initiatives. Assists Director of PMO with management for critical new product launches including all scale-up and commercial activities, along with supporting on-going customer relationships. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, accurate order management, and effective communication across functions. Oversees and manages program management for Vetio's PetBrandLab program. Assists with marketing for commercialized new products and MTS program.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist Commercial Director of PMO with driving to completion all aspects of the projects including: o Technology transfers o Analytical method development and validations o Product development (benchtop to engineering batches) o Manufacturing scale up (engineering batches through commercial process validations) o Supply chain, procurement of new materials, qualifications of new vendors, and order fulfillment • Research market for potential customers to reach out to for pipeline maintenance.
  • Provide necessary follow-up and initiates correspondence.
  • Input customer orders, GPMs, TIS requests, complaints using the Complaint Tracking System, price requests and follow-up as required to support established service levels while staying within policy guidelines.
  • Support sales and business development initiatives when new options are available or where they would appropriately support the customer's needs.
  • Communicates with all individuals whose involvement impacts customer communications.
  • Update information into computerized systems as well as manual record-keeping systems.
  • Assists commercial department with sending out products or samples as needed
  • Creation of processes and workflow development for MTS program as needed
  • Own and maintain the end-to-end lifecycle of MTS program o Maintain standardized customer onboarding kits, templates, and documentation packages o Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction o Taking and entering customer orders, providing timely update to customers regarding their order o Assist with registrations for medicated products as needed o Coordinate and facilitate inventory oversight o Serve as central point of contact for MTS program both internally and externally • Participate in marketing functions to drive new business opportunities by creating email blasts, content creation, LinkedIn posts, etc.
  • Occasional travels to trade shows with team to promote business
  • Creates and maintains marketing content tradeshow print materials (flyers, banners, etc.) or social media posts
  • Coordinate meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or one to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certificates, licenses and registrations required: o Project management certifications preferred (i.
e. CAPM) Computer skills: o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) o Microsoft Teams o SharePoint o ERP Systems (SAP) o Project Management Software o Adobe Suite Other skills required : o GMP Documentation and Compliance o Understanding of FDA regulations o Understanding of OSHA regulations o Understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions o Ability to read and interpret technical documents, (SOPs, Batch records) o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment o Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams o Preferred graphic design experience o Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing o Excellent communication and presentation skills o Strong organizational and project tracking skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid, after 90 days. 1 remote day.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional Travel (up to 10%).
  • Ability to stand, walk or move continually for extended periods.
  • Ability to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl or reach overhead as needed.
Occasionally sitting or working at a computer. Manual Dexterity-Ability to perform repetitive tasks with hands and fingers. Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, goggles and gowns The employee must: frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
