Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Remodel Project Manager to lead residential and commercial renovation projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of remodeling, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent coordination skills, and a passion for transforming spaces into functional, beautiful environments. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate completion of jobs ensuring scope of work and plans are followed Oversee construction site activities ensuring adherence to safety standards, building codes, and contract specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily logs. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Facilitate effective communication among project teams through detailed project scheduling and coordination efforts. Ensure all work complies with local regulations and industry best practices while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a focus on remodeling or renovation projects; site experience Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients or stakeholders. Knowledge of all construction trades so supervision and SOW can be explained to workers
