We are a growing, locally owned company specializing in custom shower glass fabrication and installation. Our team takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to help keep our projects running smoothly from start to finish.
Position Overview:
The Administrative Project Coordinator plays a key role in managing the day-to-day flow of projects, ensuring timelines are met, materials are ordered, and communication between clients, installers, and the fabrication team is seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track multiple projects from initial measurement to final installation Schedule site visits, measurements, fabrication timelines, and installations Serve as the primary point of contact between senior administrators, clients, vendors, and staff Communicate with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction Work closely with installers and fabrication staff to ensure project accuracy Order materials and track inventory as needed Assist in resolving project issues or delays quickly and professionally Provide administrative support to the operations team Create and maintain documents draft, organize, and store project plans, action plans, meeting minutes, and manuals.
Qualifications:
3 Years of experience in project coordination, construction, or a related field required Strong critical thinking to mitigate project risks excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools) Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Clear, professional verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization.
