This role is vital in ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results on large-scale infrastructure and commercial roofing projects. Join our team to drive success through strategic planning, team coordination, and meticulous project execution. Duties Lead the planning, scheduling, and coordination of roofing projects using project management software such as Giddyup, ProCore, and Construction management software to ensure timely delivery. Manage project budgets, costs, and resources effectively while maintaining strict adherence to construction regulations and safety standards. Maintain construction site log of activities, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to interpret construction plans and scope accurately. Provide clear direction to Foreman and Supervisors ensuring project milestones are met through effective project scheduling and team leadership. Review blueprints, contract scope, and construction plans to ensure accuracy before execution; coordinate changes as needed throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress regularly through confirmed site visits and progress reports; address issues promptly to prevent delays or cost overruns. Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled; manage change orders and contract negotiations with stakeholders. Coordinate, Communicate, and verify with Project coordinators who are utilizing The Edge for cost estimating and manage procurement processes for materials and subcontractors efficiently. Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, safety records, inspections, and compliance reports. Qualifications Proven experience managing heavy construction or commercial roofing projects with a strong understanding of construction site operations. Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, GiddyUp, and Acculynx as well as governmental sites and applications for submittal and permitting processes. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling (construction scheduling), cost management (construction budget management), and regulatory compliance. Ability to read/review blueprints, schematics, construction plans, and schematics accurately for scope of work. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams in a construction management role; adept at project coordination across multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with contracts management and construction regulatory standards across different jurisdictions. Strong organizational skills with exceptional time management capabilities; ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Valid experience in managing complex infrastructure projects within the civil or commercial sectors is highly desirable. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and communication purposes; certifications in Project Managment and Coordination a plus.
