Join our nationally recognized team of civil engineering professionals as a Water/Wastewater Project Manager and take ownership of meaningful infrastructure projects that impact the communities we serve. You'll manage the full project lifecycle across water and wastewater collection, distribution pumping, storage and treatment while balancing budgets, schedules, and risk and building lasting client relationships. Beyond project delivery, you'll contribute to business development pursuits and mentor junior staff, growing your leadership skills and positioning yourself for continued advancement within the firm. What Youll Do Serve as project manager and technical resource for water and wastewater projects, managing budgets, schedules, and risk on assigned projects Support project delivery from kickoff through closeout, maintaining quality and contributing to strong client experiences through clear communication and on-time, on-budget execution Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while supporting pursuit of new opportunities Support development of statements of qualifications, proposals, and presentations for business development efforts Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and work using traditional and alternative project delivery methods Support development of strong client relationships with existing and prospective clients Mentor and develop junior engineering staff in design and project delivery Skills & Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program required Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the state of employment, or ability to be registered with reciprocity 8+ years of experience in water/wastewater collection, distribution, pumping systems, storage, treatment, and utility infrastructure design Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam DBIA certification, and Design-Build project delivery method a plus Adaptable and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a proactive approach to problem solving Servant leader committed to fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence while developing others
