Key responsibilities:
Leads all aspects of project controls - costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, and personnel management Owns the full project life cycle, from start-up through completion and close-out Manages contractual issues and serves as final decision-maker on problem resolution Establishes and maintains strong client relationships Delivers accurate cost forecasting and reviews financial projections/cost-to-complete reports Oversees Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans Coordinates with the Safety Manager to ensure site safety goals are met Requires 5+ years of experience managing construction teams, with a track record of client relationship success
