This role is responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, hands-on construction experience, and proficiency in industry-standard software. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel Direct and manage job site operations to maintain schedule, efficiency, and quality Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting as needed Manage material procurement, deliveries, and subcontractor performance Monitor budgets, control costs, and assist with estimating and change orders Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe, organized job site Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, compliance, and milestone progress Maintain project documentation including daily reports, logs, and field updates Serve as the primary liaison between field teams, office staff, clients, and inspectors Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on track Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction site management or superintendent role Proficiency in Procore is required Experience with scheduling tools (Primavera P6, or similar) is a plus Strong knowledge of construction processes, blueprint reading, and estimating Experience with contracts, change orders, and project coordination Familiarity with OSHA standards and job site safety enforcement ( OSHA certification preferred ) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and job site activities efficiently Experience with mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, etc.) is a strong plus Able to have JLA Badging will be required

Pay:

$27.00 - $32.00 per hour
