Admin Project Manager Location:
Merritt Island, Florida (On-Site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished professional to oversee critical projects in a dynamic aerospace environment. Our team is committed to ensuring the efficient delivery of business objectives while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
Define project requirements, identify interdependencies, and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders. Track the progress and performance of programs, delivering regular reports to leadership. Develop communications for internal and external audiences and support effective change management. Participate in leadership meetings to address organizational barriers and recommend process improvements for efficient decision-making.
Required:
Proficiency in project management within high-velocity environments. Strong ability to balance rapid timelines with uncompromising safety and quality standards. Demonstrated experience managing and tracking performance across multiple projects. Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
