Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated professional to oversee dynamic construction projects involving rapid deployment of temporary structures. Our team relies on an individual who can navigate fast-paced environments while managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring project milestones are delivered on time and within scope.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end construction activities, including scheduling, contractor coordination, and milestone tracking. Ensure all design requirements and specifications are met throughout project execution. Manage vendors and subcontractors, overseeing their scope, performance, and change order processes. Monitor project budgets, identify cost variances early, and communicate status, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. At least 5 years of project management experience focused on construction, facilities, or structures. Proven track record managing vendors, subcontractors, and change orders. Demonstrated ability to manage accelerated timelines and multiple concurrent work streams.
