Job Duties:

Prepare landscaping design documents for the Founding Principal's reference. Assigned landscaping research and investigation tasks, such as site analysis. Create analytical and conceptual drawings, graphics, and 3D models for both residential and commercial projects. Develop and coordinate all aspects of project design from conceptual sketches through to construction documentation under the guidance of the Project Manager. Initiate creative problem solving and contribute to a collaborative design environment. Prepare and manage design presentation packages. Prepare and manage drawing sets. Work with the Project Manager to draft project workplans and task lists. Manage and accurately organize all incoming project data from clients and consultants. Coordinate with external design teams to receive, process, integrate, and respond to design updates as needed. Oversee aspects of the internal team, including tracking task/deliverables progress, drafting meeting minutes, and action items. Represent RJI in the design team and at public meetings as needed. Visit project sites to coordinate with contractors and monitor construction during the project build/installation process.

Requirements:

Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Rhino. Hands-on experience in working on complex and large-scale landscape projects. Good communication and project coordination.
