Miami, FL Duties:

Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of business projects, acting as a bridge between business needs and operational delivery. Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear and actionable functional specifications. Supporting the Executive Team in project planning, tracking, and reporting activities, while continuously monitoring KPIs, milestones, and overall progress to identify potential risks and issues. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders, ensure clear and effective communication across business, IT, and other cross-functional teams. Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives, supports user acceptance testing (UAT) and solution validation, and ensure that project outcomes remain aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

Master of Business Administration degree or in a related field and two (2) years of experience as Financial Analyst or in a related position. Experience must include preparing reports on findings, complete with graphs illustrating data and written text and explaining complex findings related to business and financial performance; and utilizing

PBI, SAP

Business One, VIP Idig, IWSR, Nielsen to analyze market trends.

Hours:

40 hours per week, full-time
